We recently defended a client who had been indicted for second degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, second degree Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purposes, and fourth degree Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) for "Molly" after police arrested him for possession of handgun and a drugs. Our law firm recently represented a client who was charged with a criminal offense of harassment. Our office recently defended a client against a second offense DWI where he was facing some very serious mandatory penalties including a two year loss of license, 2 - 90 days in jail, 1 - 2 years of an ignition interlock device, and 30 days community service. New Jersey Restraining Order Dismissed

Our office recently secured a dismissal for our client who was a defendant in a final restraining order (FRO) hearing. A temporary restraining order (TRO) had been filed against our client a few weeks before by his ex-wife, who alleged that our client had criminally trespassed onto her property and harassed her.
