Summit Municipal Court

The Summit Municipal Court is located at 512 Springfield Ave, Summit, NJ 07901. Summit holds court every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. the first Wednesday of every month. However, the Summit Municipal Court maintains regular hours for other court related business Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you have any questions regarding your upcoming court date you can contact the court by telephone at (908) 273-6166 or by fax at (908) 522-1693. The Summit municipal court administrator is Eileen Keating and Judge Donald P. Bogosian presides over all municipal court cases including disorderly persons offenses and traffic tickets.
