Our office recently secured a dismissal for our client who was a defendant in a final restraining order (FRO) hearing. A temporary restraining order (TRO) had been filed against our client a few weeks before by his ex-wife, who alleged that our client had criminally trespassed onto her property and harassed her. Union County Sheriff Fugitive Unit Catches Wanted Man

The Union County Sheriff’s Fugitive Unit recently apprehended a man who has been on the run since last Christmas. The fugitive was wanted for allegedly stabbing a Union resident a few days before Christmas after a card game went seriously wrong.
